WA Thoughts on Booragoon/Applecross?

    Then you're on the right track I would say, haha.

    Finding my first property was literally every weekend with a list of 6 to 10 properties to view, for a period of 8 months. It was literally hundreds of homes I viewed and I'd say tens of thousands browsed through online.

    When I ended up finding the one, I was 110% sure it was the one!

    We have only been seriously looking for about 3 months now. Its great to narrow down the options but good to know it does take time!

    My partner became a little exhausted from the search after just two weekends and viewing 7 houses so i have a list of requirements and basically doing it alone! Haha

    I love those 2 suburbs. Have you considered Brentwood too?

    Basically any suburb within the school zones with potential to subdivide in the future (20-30years) and renovate for the long term PPOR. I do prefer suburbs like Booragoon/Brentwood over Willetton/Bull Creek.
    20-25m frontage with 700sqm+ for around $700k with minor renovations needed is sorta what we are after
