Looks like could be a smart buy if they can sell OTP before end of the year. potentially upto 55k in grants. No idea about the end prices but would have thought it would be around $150k - 200k (would have been hard sell previously but with a 1/4 - 1/3 paid back by the govt wouldn't be too hard I guess). Wonder how much it went for - Wasn't much detail in the ad but im guessing someone would have calculated around a 100k per apartment completed
