    Going pretty gangbusters here in the Bayside area of Melbourne too, but gets price sensitive over 2mil-2.5mil.

    It would be nice to see wages catch up a bit honestly, rather than 10-15% boom in house prices next year.

    Yes less volume and psh from agent keep the data live. We need job and salary growth to boom the market. Interest rate reduction cannot keep continuously push the price up, We need fundamentals.. Looks Brisbane still have the potential...
