    Australia's Most Expensive Suburbs in 2017 - Realestate.com.au

I stand to be corrected, but I can't fathom why St Leonards would have a $6.5m house average and why Point Piper is not on the list. The article has a number of issues and seems to be written by someone who has no idea what they are doing, who copy/pasted a bunch of suburb stats.

I just don't think realestate should be publishing such poor quality articles - given how much we now have to pay to list, they could get better writers..?

St Leonards - very small sample for houses, most are high rise development sites which skewnthe results.

Point Piper ($13m), Darling Point ($5.5m), Box Hill ($5.43m), Bellevue Hill ($4.78m), Vaucluse ($4.38m), and Cremorne Point ($4.28m) take out the top six places.

Take from another source 1 year old.
    Doubt PP dropped 50% hahahah
