    There is also another thing. I wonder what will happen to all these successful property investors when prices will stop going up. I don't see a lot of them from Japan or Perth by the way. Many of them from Perth on this forum invest elsewhere and will only consider investing back home only and if conditions of the market will improve. I wonder why?
    So you can try very hard and even die trying but if the market is against you FOR a LONG period of time, no matter how you try or how great and genius you are - you'll end up in the negative. It is called - catching a falling knife.
    You would have lost BIG TIME if you were LONG AUD in the last 2 years.
