No, it's the REA's prop. Very cute, adorable dog...but quite a bizarre set up the REA has. I know nothing about them except the dog prop and that's enough to make me never seriously consider them to sell my assets.

I knew that. It was a rhetorical question :)

Never seen anything like this before. What's next? A donkey? o_O

What if you are not a dog person. Won't that turn you off from buying the property, even if the dog has been photo-shopped in?

LOL the poor thing looks like it's waiting with anticipation to be taken for a walk :D

We're seeing more artistic imagery being used with RE ads, pets included. Not saying that this Camp Hill one is artistic (at all!) but something like this certainly is. The dog just fits so nicely into the frame I think, and was a gorgeous placid old fellow :)

*We ended up buying this lovely property for a client and they liked the dog too but alas the vendor didn't want to add him into the inclusions:p

Hmm not my kind of dog. Prefer a real dog, not some cutesy accessory...and for the record I don't actually think its cute lol

... he was over-tired after breakfast and couldn't be bothered standing up to test the bowls were clean - he simply lay there and occasionally his tongue came out to give the bowl a lick ... it's not even his bowl :D

My lab does that. She normally eats standing up, but when she's feeling lazy she'll lie beside the food bowl and just move slightly to verify that it hasn't magically refilled itself.
