    And the 'watcher' will be buying a cheap property and maybe onsell it with massive profit a couple years later and... The watcher appears again... Sounds like story from an American movie... Sorry blank moment and can not remember the name of it... There was an old lady who scared of everyone who lived the unit below her and her real estate son made a massive profit selling the unit over and over again

    I find the names a bit sus - the Broadusses? And their lawyer Lee Levitt??
    OK maybe it's legit. I hope they catch the weirdo! Probably a LOL (little old lady).
