    It's a start.

But even that article points out that it has very limited scope.

While drugs in the US are very expensive, that's got a lot more to do with drug companies taking big problems. Some drugs have soared in price, especially after some small drug companies have been taken over by large ones, creating a monopoly.

He's made some efforts which appear to have had little effect so far.
Trump got Pfizer to reverse its drug price hikes — but he gave up some big concessions

That is a matter for different opinions, depending on what you see as his "successes" and how they stack up to the many downsides of his presidency.

A former Obama diplomat largely supports what Trump has done so far about Venezuela.

Having lived in Colombia with Venezuelan flatmates, I've been aware of the deteriorating situation for some time. With inflation well over 1,000,000%, and the average Venezuelan has lost 11kg in 2017. There's a potential health crisis right across the region, as 3,000,000 refugees (10% of the population) who have never had vaccinations potentially bring diseases with them. And of course, that number of refugees brings many problems. While countries like Colombia have been welcoming, those sort of numbers will strain any economy.

While Trump's actions have so far been good, I would hate to see military action, especially unilaterally.
