    Need a thread for posting bad elevations and facades. Try to keep it to relatively new construction.

    These NRAS townhouses are near my place. They look like construction/worksite sheds on bricks.

    They look even worse close up. Just look cheap. A pity they didn't give this one on the corner a better facade.

    Awful. Does the estate have a design committee that assesses the design or is that left up to council?

    In some areas there is a colour pallet but obviously not here!

    Add landscaping that doesnt get watered and park three cars on the lawns (like a good NRAS property). Changes any facade. And street character

    I like the landscaping in pic #1 too. Nice shrub.
    Nice access to the rear yard between houses too.
    Wonder how they will replace guttering in the future ? Share it ?
