    Subletting is a high possibility. A tenant moved into my unit from the next door building paying the same rent. It is 2 beddr and finally I had 8 people in it. I would not know had the neighbour not notified the strata by counting the number of shoes at front door.

    If the reason of moving is not logical, it is NOT. BTW, the rent payment is always on time.

    Two years have passed - how did the lease turn out? Did you lease to the older woman?

    Ha - was just curious - didn't realise it was exactly 2 years. I think it's nice to see how things turned out - see who was right / who was wrong.

    Be careful, most landlord insurance do not cover subletting
