    Which regions are you looking at? You will get plenty of good opinions here on your regions no doubt and probably more detail than the property nerds.

    Yes, no doubt, and I did get a lot of help from the forums. I am interested in the data research they have in the report and how they interpret he data for decision making.

    If they told you the locations listed in the report, why would you ( or anyone) pay for it ?

    If you are interested in their methodology, do the locations matter?

    I believe the report is 400 pages covering a number of locations. I am not interested in all the locations. I have 6 in mind. Others don't matter to me.

    I have a buyers agent. So, the locations are set. Since the locations have been picked by the buyers agent, I am doing my due diligence.

    I hope the next response I receive is useful.

    The report has been worth the spend(for me). I cannot share the report. Imho Buying the report is recognition of their effort and they hopefully can continue similar research in the future.

    The report does not take into account my personal financial position, goal or needs. How can it be a one size fits all solution as to what regions in Australia are the top for investment? Top for who? Top by what criteria?

    What if my desired investment outcome is to lose more money than the people who bought GME shares at their peak? Where's the waterfront mansion in Broken Hill they would recommend I buy?

    Well they proclaim themselves as "property nerds", I proclaim them internet scam artists. They make a living off social media - youtube, podcast, selling ads to monetise their hobby and bs reports at exorbitant prices to hopeful doe eyed new investors in this bull market - they're akin to people selling shovels at $6000 each during a gold ush. Opportunistic capitalist scum. I wish them and their familes suffer terrible pain and long term ill health.
