Yes, I think they are a reasonable listen too. Better than Real Estate talk (which I listen to but regularly makes me want to throttle my iPhone ).
One of the most interesting - from a particular POV - is their last podcast which actually said what parameters they use for CG and yield for their planning calculations. They seem overly optimistic in the post-APRA (and now post-Brexit) era and I wouldn't be doing my retirement calculations based on them!
But I do think there are pearls in there. Regularly being reminded to think of the OO appeal rather than investor is a good one to bring my schemes back to earth :).

If it's like the webinars where they send you the audio a few days after I'll let you know :)

What are your thoughts? I've briefly listened to one or two but it didn't suck me in. Same with everyday property invest - to much waffle
Property couch seems to have a good mix

And i just caught the live Facebook one, i thought it was cool and good to see them answering on their feet. Ill watch again.

I did get my question asked too, best one of the show and then mentioned it again in the podcast:D free book coming my way!!:D never pay retail! !

It's alright, foundation level stuff which is good for the majority and he's quite transparent about his business which I like. Agree, EPI has way too much waffle! Not enough meat and bones for my liking. The PC and RET provide the good stuff.

Ha nice! If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was a good question so couldn't curse you for the free book (which is a good read).

I find Property Couch good for me- revision of stuff I know.

I'm only up to Ep 21, and if I hear them say terms like "let's unpack that thought" any more I think I'll scream!

Well that didn't work... Think you'll have like their FB page and watch it there

@lost nomad you'll be screaming in no time!
The viewers of the live chat were mocking them about that phrase and they laughed at themselves in the latest podcast. Once a week you wouldn't notice but back to back...

Haha let me unpack that for you!

There's more unpacking to come! I don't mind an unpack. Its simple for my brain to understand they are going to explain it :D

I think it is great, but they keep talking about football and Ben's back for the first 4min or so of a 15min podcas - I have only gotten thru about the first 10 so far.

Yeah @Terry_w that continues. Seems a waste of the precious mins..

@House Might check their Property Couch website or YouTube for it. Thanks for the heads up!

I don't see a problem with putting a personal touch to their own podcasts. Look at all the personal non-property stuff on this forum.

I think Ben is now over his back problem, hoping so anyway.
