Very cool property, but 2+ hours away from major cities... town population of ~2,700. Where is any price appreciation going to come from? Who can afford to rent it for a reasonable sum given the low incomes in the town? Maybe a great property if you want to retire in the middle of nowhere in an incredible house and rent out the jail cells on Airbnb for the occasional tourist as a side income.
