    Anyone notice significant boundary changes to their local area?

    Now that this has been finalised, I would have thought this would have a big impact on medium-term price growth opportunity - thoughts from more experience forum members?

    checked all properties and boundaries and zoning seem pretty consistent to previous pdfs of melways etc on the individual school websites
