    I had the Minister declare my balcony a prescribed area.

    Given the morning temperatures were in the minus I decided it would not be prudent to insist on my rights.

    It’s amazing that an act written in 1976 could have the foresight to allow notice by publishing on a government website!

    @SatayKing has been quiet for a few days. The balcony is one thing but hopefully he hasn’t been testing the limits of this act during his morning walks and been arrested:eek:.

    There is a beach at one of the rivers that is a nudist beach, called Kambah Pools. Just down from it and around the bend is a clothed one that is great to take the kids in summer. Very nice place to swim and go for a run. Never actually gone to the nudist beach myself though.
    Not sure if there are any other areas or not nowdays.

    Making it easier for people to do business with the ACT Government

    This thread has had more views than my last few legal tips. More people seem to be interested in nudity than they are in child maintenance trusts and asset protection!
