    Well spotted.
I guess it can potentially be a good place to invest and still have mortgage stress.
Maybe it's a place to find a good deal because of that?

When they said growth, it could just mean population growth, not house price growth.

Yeah you guys could be right.
The article above is contradicting each other in one suburb called Riverstone.

Riverstone certainly has potential because of employment lands being developed and the outer orbital corridor in the early stages ( motorway and rail ).

The trick is when to buy. I would personally wait until after a correction and stagnation. There will also be more certainty around the placement of transport infrastructure.

Some risk in that area relates to flooding.

Leppington is definately a growing suburb. Both in population and value. Vales have already skyrocketed. 5 acre lots being picked by developers for residential and industrial sites as we get closer to the airport construction.

Once they kick the hill billys out of rivo and develop the blocks and area it will take off... but if plans fall through and infrastructure not built, you'll be left with the hill billys!

    mate

I did all my schoolings at Rivo

COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT.

Nothing seemed to have changed in 20 years, same people live there. From my childhood memories, flooding occurred in the area bordering Marsden Park

    It is for everyone else.

Seriously, what is your end game?
I daresay most investors here can see thru your trolling posts. You don't add any entertainment value unlike the previous trolls who do make it obvious they are taking the ****.

Your posts are well worded and (in my opinion) deliberately mislead inexperienced investors. So my question to you is why?

Agreed with @neK . A bit over seeing these posts, which aren't adding any value to this forum and its members, especially new investors.
