    Hi Brett,

    Have been waiting til today to purchase a new policy for a newly purchased property but the PDS and online quote doesn't seem to mention it covering Flood. Do I need to ring and get this organised with a person or is the online system lagging a little.

    Hi Tony

    Give it an hour or two (although the new conditions would apply anyway), there were some website items we couldn't do until first thing this morning and they are being done at present. We couldn't risk having new information on the website until the clock ticked over.
