    It says it comea fully furnished. I assume at that price, the cars and helicopter are included.

    Unfortunately you would be incorrect. Includes a $30m car collection, 7 trained full time staff with 2 years wages included and all the art installations etc.

    This developer managed to sell a property last year for $70m in the area which similarly included all furniture and some odd extras you wouldn't normally expevt

    It must be a really tough market if they have to offer incentives like that to sell. At least here they might throw in flights and a short break in Fiji, Bali or another four-letter OS destination.
