Why do you need masonite? Do the floorboards not extend through?

    Looking good

So what's the estimated budget for all this and how much are you doing yourself?

There a few sections of floor changes and old vinyl. But i believe it's still recommend to use masonite under the vinyl strips

The last vinyl strip layer didn't like masonite much and had to do extra screeding because of it. Though new masonite is probably better than what we had and is compared what he wanted which was a nice concrete floor.

It's come up very flat and even across the rooms. We used liquid nails also to build up some of the uneven sections. I was trying to avoid the masonite but a few people said it was best. I have a primer to paint on first then the adhesive.

It's actually a good time to be outside. I was digging holes to plant trees at 2 or 3 in the morning a few weeks ago. Too hot in the day.

That equates to about $65k for the average punter who can't do jack without hired help ie me.

We have been in for a couple of weeks now!
Kids started school today and had a first birthday/house warming! :D not sure how we did it, there were multiple nights in a row asleep at 2am, then up at sparrows fart leading up to the party.
We wasted so much time prior to having kids! !! And we could do the block in our sleep (I'll keep an eye for the next series to apply;))

I need to finish the floors still. And just hey the glass on the shower screen then it will look complete.

We've also scored a buffet hutch thingo that needs an upcycle (not sure why we do it to ourselves! )

Going by the back desktop val there's $80ish+ k in equity to grab which is awesome and notfactoring in any of the work we've done

I need to get those couple of key things done and get some photos. Might see if we can get the rea back for a cuppa and some professional photos;)

I can't wait to see the new ensuite and how it's all turned out.

I think you should upcycle the wardrobe too when you don't need it anymore. Would make a could desk that you can close the doors on or a great stationary/craft cupboard
