    I think it proves that no matter what side of the fence your on. Any view point can be twisted and misconstrued in favour.

    Kinda like a real estate agent saying. 'Renovators delight '

    Read - uninhabitable, eyesore and death trap that's only use is to be pushed into the ground under the weight of 100 tonne machinery.

    One persons renovator is another persons landfill.
