Hi, Attended a market research recently on residential land lots on a new estate called The Gables Box Hill which is around 5 minutes away from Rouse Hill Town Centre. The researchers wanted to gauge our thoughts on whether we may consider buying into the area with the different facilities on offer, showing the Master Plan, floor plans and etc. We’re for Sydney | Daily Telegraph The Masterplan - Celestino Felt that the researcher was very pro developer and wasn't interested in hearing anything negative/ constructive feedbacks from the participants. It also made me realise how delusional some people are with their realistic expectations ie a hairdresser (not owner) reckons she can borrow $850,000 loan from the bank.
very risky in that area unless a downsizer from Castle hill. 400m2 for $600k + another $500k+ to build a mcmansion. im glad I didn't go ahead 12 months ago and have bought in central coast instead which provides better value especially if renting out. prices have slightly dropped for land as they were slow releasing akin to an apple product launch.
