    Hi,
I would be interested in member's retirement plan.
    1. Live off rents..... Might take a number of properties to make that viable
    2. Live on Equity......maybe not for everyone
    3. Live on partial Equity.....
    4. Keep purchasing even in retirement......
    5. Buy/sell.

    Thanks

It seems like this is one of those things that keeps getting asked over and over..... every week or so (comes along with the "where should I buy?" threads)

However, I guess peoples' plans, perceptions and positions change....

Ours is (at this point in time) 1. Live off rents.
I am not sure how 4 and 5 are necessarily mutually exclusive from the others....
