    Yes personally i am buying in Brisbane and see some good value in a number of areas.

    Number of suburbs I would avoid for a variety of reasons but still seeing strong rental returns compared to other States.

    All of my own properties are 100% occupied and any vacancy only lasts days not weeks to fill.

    Hi Corey,

    I've just found out tonight that St George Bank have restricted ALL EXPAT applications for the Portfolio Loan product ( St George bank no longer lending to hard working Aussie expats )

    lol the irony that I was always saying to you over the last year.....why worry about cross collateralised loans....... :(

    We can draw back the money we've paid down on the variable loan but sucks that cant use equity for other properties already in the Portfolio Loan on fixed terms until August 2020

    Very disappointed in St George bank.
