When the OP comes back and reads all these, were all gunna be under heavy fire. But hey, don't shoot the messenger. He put himself in the firing line. For us, it was as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.

I'm keen to find out how close the home is to the range.
Is the home actually on the range?

I think the thread needs calibration.

I think the easiest way is to speak to residents living around the potential IP. But you already knew this, this IP will reduce the pool of potential tenants who want peace of mind living there.

    Hi all,
    Thanks for all your suggestions/replies/jokes/puns.
Originally, this property was going for auction.
I got shot by another buyer who was willing to pay 30k above my bank valuation.
I have no choice but left the firing squads.
In past few days, I was mourning the my loss of this "ideal property".
Then I came back and saw a pile of replies.
Thanks for the suggestions - they are very useful for my future purchase decisions.
Thanks for the puns - they really cheered me up and brightened my day (after my loss of that "ideal" property except for the gunshot).

When you're up against high calibre buyers, you've got to bring out the big guns and blow them away!

Let's hope the next shot you fire on your property journey hits the target.
