The cheek of some tenants: TMNT wins....for a change

    so im used to getting screwed over by tenants and tribunal,
    but I ve had a small win!! :) but the cheek of some tenants

    tenant moves in, 3 months into 12 month lease, they break the lease for whatever reason, leave the property in ok condition but with rental arrears, except for burning a hole in the 3 month old carpet

    we go to tribunal to claim the bond back for arrears and the damages

    tenant makes a claim to pay off arrears in installments while getting the full bond back!!!

    What cheek!!

    naturally common sense prevailed in this situation and was declined!

    But the iron just accidentally fell on the carpet adjudicator why am I being punished. hahah.

    You should publish the Tribunal File # for this so that all other Victorian landlords can have an early Xmas present...
