    For those investing in US market, this is typical strategy that many investors are chasing in US markets. This is what I have been doing, main thing is to get those wholesale deals.

    I guess you could apply this in Australia if you can find the right deal

    Only hurdle for most foreign investors (non residents) is that you can't refinance (at least not at cheap rates). That's the last R of the BRRR strategy. American's however do this all the time.
