Big sales prices and big rentals don't deter some punters.

This Mosman house sold for $6.4M in August 18, rented for $3,000/wk through an agent.

    Drug bust February 2019

Sold for below land value in 2018.

What wouldn't happen in your suburb?

That's a good looking house x land value ,and I bet once the metre reader took a photo of the back of the elec's board once he smelt that smell ,as it would have only been for personal medical use ..

And in breaking news, we are here live in the Druitt where we found a street where all householders are In full time work and not on the dole. Admittedly, it's a tiny culdesac with only 2 houses but nonetheless a remarkable achievement given the nature of the area. Kent Brockman reporting.

Talking about Mount Druitt, I was up there the other day. Really liked south of the rail line. I think they call that the old Mount Druitt if I am not mistaken. Many 1,000 SQM meter blocks (just love those blocks). I didn’t get to venture much north of the line, but the area north seemed to have quite a different character. I am also hearing that many of the 1,000 metres blocks that were bought recently by developers are now coming back on the market (as developers are realising they cannot finance their development). Many are looking to now unload. And the price for the 1,000 SQM blocks are now closer to $750k compared to $900k earlier last year.

Anyone else got some intel on the Mount?

Do you think the 1,000 SQM blocks with houses in Druie will go south of $700k?? Not likely in my view.

If they did, they would get snapped up quicker than a rat through a drain pipe.
