    Hi everyone I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nik and I'm from Melbourne eastern suburbs. I'm glad I came across this forum as I have been searching the internet for useful information about investing in property and property development, more often than not to no avail. Looks like there's a wealth of knowledge on here so I'm really looking forward to reading as much as I can and hopefully getting some guidance as well.

    @_niko_ glad you found here...

    Somersoft (the previous forum) saved us from the grave mistake of buying brand new property. Could have set us back years..
