Hi Terry, I'm wondering if you have a structure for the Australian equivalent to an LLC in the US? I've been doing a lot of research on real estate and time and time again it comes back to owning properties in an LLC. I am curious, what's the equivalent for this in Australia? I'd love to get some tax breaks and be able to claim business type expenses. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Terry.
