    Hi

    I am a Solicitor practicing in the area of 'structuring'

    Structuring involves deciding on how to own property and how to borrow so as to maximise tax deductibility, maximise asset protection and efficient estate planning (both before and after death).

    I also advise on setting up loans so as to maintain and maximise the deductibility of interest. This can include both commercial lender loans and private related party loans.
