    Haven't been up to Terrigal for a couple of years now but something like this is well overdue. LINKY

    Has anyone been piggy-backing on this development?

    How is it going to affect the local market - is it too much quality retail/resi space or are they crying out for it?

    I think the new development will freshen up Terrigal. As a visitor, I think the most important thing is to improve the traffic. This will naturally improve the real estate prices in Terrigal.
