    Hi all,
    I have used Terri Scheer on my Logan properties for the last year.

    I had some advice that they are one of the more generous companies (ie when the floods happened).

    The building insurance premium (excl landlord) is $1,119 for a highset Logan region property.

    I think the premium is about right.

    Interested to hear what others use in Logan for similar type properties..

    I use QBE for mine there, not in a flood zone but includes flood cover, was around $800.
