Terminating an agreement

    Hi All
    When a West Australian fixed term authority to manage has expired but continuing to be in place, can the managing agency simply terminate the agreement via email on that day or must they give me a certain number of days.

    I believe it's 30 days notice, it will state it in your agreement though so take a look at that.
