    Tenant wants to build you a $10k shed at their cost? I would want to have a quick look at what they are building and the proposed location but sounds like a win to me.

    I don’t think sheds cost that much. Would assume it’s in $1K to $2K bracket.

    Many issues to address....Who keeps the shed ? What condition to be restored ? Slab ? No power to it ! Is it correctly anchored to avoid storm damage ? Is it listed as a structure for insurance ? Does it need approval ? If not ensure it is compliant and not a eyesore etc. Lease conditions need to address it or they may argue the slab pavers gravel was always there.

    If there is no shed or lack of storage space, I would jump at this, as long as per other posts it is legal and not something unreasonable.
