    We had a terrible flea situation left by tenants as well - we are sure that is the only reason they left when they did (moved to another very similar property, very close by, but for more rent). Pretty crazy though as they would have just taken the fleas with them!

    That's what she told us.
    Obviously a marriage that was costing her a lot of money and she just wanted him out of her house.

    We have 2 dogs.

    Current PM and previous PM say we're great tenants. We're always a month ahead.

    My dogs have never been an issue. I adopted a rescue dog who was initially fear-aggressive that would growl/bark at people, but spent tine and money getting professional training. She's really good now.

    I've got an American staffy that lives in my house and he still lives cleaner than most tenants do. :)
