Tenants who have pets when theyre not supposed to?

    Very few landlord insurance policies will cover it, or have a ridiculously low limit. RentCover itself didn't include it until 1st February and now covers up to $65,000, whether named on the lease or not (new policies from 1st Feb and policies renewing after 1st Apr).
