Tenants removed for causing too much damage, what would you do?

    Changes depending on the state the property is located in.

    OP, sounds like the damage is quite a bit. Definitively would get rid of them ASAP, but there's been circumstances where like @Biz mentioned the damages weren't too bad and the LL was happy to keep them there.
