    Thanks all. After speaking to pm it seems is not a hobby after all, rather 3 uni aged kids with cars. Much more acceptable :)

    So long as the cars cause no damage should not be a problem. What does their current own say.

    Uni kid's cars tend to be older and drop more oil so just be aware of that. The parents are most likely the get the garage spots though and the kids park on the drive/street?

    Five cars, maybe three annual holidays and more. Sounds like a long term tenant to me... as no way are they going to save a deposit anytime soon.
