    lol....and your insurer will do what if you allow just anyone to live there and is not documented ?

    If they want to cheat, that is one thing, but too ask you too help, and then too expect you to carry extra ....deal or no deal ? Your show,,,,

    Nah, your likely spot on, sad thing is that lot of them have such setups or far worse, and get away with it for donkeys ages.

    The OP's property seems to be in Brisbane.

    Datto's Mowing is looking good for a franchising opportunity, assuming that you don't want to fill up the Commodore and hook up the trailer with all the Victa gear... and, after that, Antennas, Cleaning, Driveways, Kerbing ... the franchising world is your oyster... and, what the hell, Datto's Oysters might have an opportunity in it as well.

    Don't forget my specialty...I can teach how to do an oil change in under 5 minutes.....with the hood up and engine running!....minimal mess guaranteed.
