If a tenant has not exited a rental property by 60 day lease termination date.
And if said tenats were receiving govt benefits to pay the rent....
Does that play a factor with the tenant / Govt department needing to honour the expectation to move out by termination date...

Method of payment doesn't have anything to do with it.

What state is property in to have done a 60 day termination?

There's a process to go through if tenants don't exit on time.

Absolutely no connection between Centrelink benefits and tenancy issues unfortunately.
