Tenant doesn't sublease, but "licenses" on Airbnb

    • What is in the Airbnb agreement?
    • Do the occupants have exclusive use or only a right to occupy with the offeror being able to come and go/inspect/service the room or flat/house without prior notice?
    • Does Airbnb presume that the offeror has the 'right' to offer the premises ie council DA for short term accommodation and lesdor consent?

    Basically they classified the Airbnb guests as visitors so it is fine.
