    What are you saying they owe you exactly? Its not clear that they owe you anything from what you've mentioned so far.

    Water, adjusted for the period of their tenancy, since their PM didnt do a meter reading. They've been let go so I assume there's no recourse, but I'm not overly familiar with Queensland -> @Andrew Hancock ?

    QLD is like elsewhere & as usual, many do no meter read......so then your stuffed.
