    In Victoria, there have been some new tenancy law changes, with some amendments to come this year also. I'm just wondering on the effect to NRAS tenants.

    In particular, is a tenant being over the income threshold limit, including after the 1 year grace period, a legitimate reason for a notice to vacate?
