Does anyone have a template for doing diagrams of trust/company structures that they can share? ie. Something showing several trusts/companies and the money flows between them.

I'm terrible at doing diagrams :)

    Thanks,

    Jason

The devil is in the detail here. What structure are you wanting to understand?

Hey @JasonC , not sure the exact purpose of your diagram. But if it’s just to get a grasp of the structure and what each holds, I map it out on an excel sheet. Name of trustee in 1 large box dots down to the next box being the trust. Holdings of trust are listed inside that box. Dots down to another box which lists beneficiaries and so on. I also add dots to the side and add box’s for other related entities which might have an association but not sit directly in the chain.

Good way to get your head around the structure and where everything sits.

Thanks for your responses. It’s mainly for me to explain my structure to others.

Will do something up in excel or PowerPoint.

I also map it out in Excel. Under the Insert menu, select Insert SmartArt .. brings up different options for hierarchy / relationship flows.

The closest that I could relate to the OP.
