I will look forward to not participating in the overpriced Infrastructure Trust IPO to no doubt come in the next few years.

Something had to give. Shareholders are not going to let the price drop indefinitely without seeing some sort of action.

Spin off Visionstream into an infrastructure company on the back of rolling out NBN (at a time when there'd be a year or two of roll out left to complete and most of the more difficult/regional work has been completed.

I started with Telstra 15 years ago, and have remained with them all these years.
Sad to see them deteriorate, partly thanks to NBN ?
My recent dealings reveal more and more of waste of resources... duplication of tasks, repeat questions each time talking to a new person on the same case. Just sad.
I know some people who works there, wealth of knowledge. This knowledge bank will be lost forever!

I have held TLS for about the same timeframe, plus it looked like it would go above the $3.00 mark again, simple media spill then you get the opposite,it's down over 5-5% this morning..But I never intended to sell ..imho..

Hey, we should catch-up in their next Shareholders meeting or any function!

It was a given really, once the NBN was rolled out, and that so much more is automated. The writing was on the wall every since I worked for Telstra 20 years ago

Using this morning's example ... I had to contact Telstra to arrange for my daughter's data to be unblocked on her mobile (now that she's older and proven her responsibility).

Was dreading ringing the call centre, so tried the chat robot - was put thru (via keyboard) to a live person within minutes - data bar lifted and all done within 10 minutes ... when the heck does that happen when ringing the call centre? ... and I'm sure it's a lot easier on the Telstra workload too

They are creating 1500 new jobs in software engineering and cyber security.
    Automation will happen.
My TLS is at 15% loss now. I bought TLS thinking they have plenty of room to improve. Hopefully, this is what the improvement I've been waiting for

I've been looking at their shares. Maybe now is a good time..

Their online chat is SO much better. Great experience every time I've used it - I refuse to call now
