Tebter Ballarat: Problems with NRAS PM

    I am having lots of problems with current PM (Ben) with the repair tenant caused it. He is saying that it is upto me and tenant to sort out who pay for it. Inspite of repeated email exchange between his office and me, we are going nowhere.

    We are only in 3rd year of NRAS and lots of issues with Tebter Ballarat. Difficult to speak to anyone in their office.

    What are my options here? Can anyone please guide us? Thanks
