    I remember going back stage and drinking with mates in the dressing rooms to get away from the crowds!
    When it was in its peak of thousands lining up to sign in, we used to walk in back wards through the exit lines passed security!

    Well I'll congratulate you for joining this forum and asking these questions. That's already half the way to the top of the hill.
    The brokers on this forum are some of the best in the country specialising in IP finance. You can ask any well known member here and I'm sure they at least name 1 they would recommend based on their experiences. You can find them here:

    Property Finance

    That section of the forum is where they frequent. Have a read of some posts and PM whichever you like.

    I remeber going there during the hsc on a Wednesday night, I was 17 but we'd get the bus from od's so they never checked id!
    How good was a jug of bourban and coke for $18!! And then I turned 18 and lived there! :cool:o_O

    Well done not just on your journey so far in property but on having 4 small children :) that's quite a feat these days! I love Copa as well- my brother bought a house years ago that's walk to the beach but has it permanently tenanted as he's not quite there yet in being able to afford the luxury of a holiday home :D Lovely spot and we've even seen Tony Abbott hanging around on one of our trips so not quite the small beach it used to be LOL

    If you're after a top broker there's so many on these forums try @Rolf Latham @Jamie Moore @Peter_Tersteeg for a start and best of luck- love your enthusiasm!

    @Tim & Chrissy For me, I would want to make sure they are successful property investors first, are passionate about what they do and take the time to want to understand your position and goals, then draw up a finance strategy that will best get you to your goals in the short to medium terms. Having a good finance plan/advice via a broker or whomever is really essential and will have ramifications all the way down the line from the decisions you make right at the beginning.

    If you ever hear anyone suggest to you Cross Collateralisation - Run far and fast and dont look back.
