    Hi,

    I've bought a property last year and this FY will be my first tax return. Since I don't have the knowledge I am looking for some recommendations for tax agents with a good knowledge in property investment so I can do my tax return.

    No one any recommendations for a good property tax accountant in Sydney? I am sure there are heaps of investors here from SYD. I checked on pipa.asn.au but there is almost none.

    There are many in the cbd but none that I know of. Actually bantacs.com.au have a branch in cbd

    You can expect to pay a premium for a CBD adviser. Most are large and medium firms and high rents.

    Its one of the reasons we are commissioning our new video system to enable face to face anywhere on earth almost. Some just want face to face. I can still do that and ditch the travel issues. Works with any device except a iphone.
