    Roseberry seems to have Residential property <100k often

    That is not residential though it could be used as one (dont see a shower)

    Council rates look good

    Wonder how much to use town water/sewer

    Coulda picked em up in them ares for $30k a few years back.

    A could one was GeorgeTown in Tas. 100k properties next to the beach.
