    Hi to all,

    We are looking to buy our second Investment Property in Tassie. Hobart prices are too high, but Launceston looks like a good option with university, hospital etc. There are good properties for around 300-350k in Riverside, Invermay. West Launceston also looks good for rental yield.

    Appreciate any feedback on these suburbs, especially if there are any pockets that we should steer clear of.

    First IP is in Cairns. Though it hasn't produced much capital growth, rents have gone up considerably high. For the second IP, we are looking for some area which can produce some capital growth in the next few years.
